Francis Energy, LLC is Hiring a Regional Sales Manager Near Orlando, FL

Position Summary:

As the Sales Manager at Francis Energy, your role will be pivotal in taking our sales initiatives to new heights. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, while also driving revenue growth. We are looking for a candidate who is results-oriented, with a proven track record in sales management and exceptional leadership skills. This position reports directly to our Senior Vice President of Sales and does not involve team management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Identify and research potential clients and leads.

· Generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.

· Conduct product/service presentations to prospective clients.

· Clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

· Address client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

· Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed goals.

· Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

· Provide feedback to the management team regarding market demands and opportunities.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals.

· Provide regular reports on sales performance.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

· Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

· Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
